Condition
For you further
interest and in order to illuminate, we would
like to notify certain points on basic term
and condition of franchising contract with
Little Italy.
Little
Italy is a registered trade mark, which will
be used as a Restaurant name.
The restaurant shall serve only quality Italian
& Mexican Vegetarian food
(a new venture) with fully licensed bar
and an optional home delivery
service and Catering service.
Little
Italy can support you in market research and
in finding the appropriate location
or you can nominate the site. But Little Italy
will have the final approval in
accordance with the market survey
The
seating capacity should be 70 plus. The minimum
kitchen
area required is 700 – 800
sq. feet. Supplemental area for
storage and staff room is essential.
The minimum restaurant
area required is 2500 –
3000 Sq. Ft. in a prime location with an adequate
parking space.
The location should be such where the Bar
License can be
easily accessed. There should
be minimum of 10,000Ltrs. of
water storage at any point
of time. The Electricity should be minimum
100KVA.
The
Franchisee should hire minimum Restaurant
staff
members, which is as given below:
